Important Regulatory Notice for Members
Your registration and utilization of our class scheduling and educational services constitute your full and binding agreement to all terms listed below. Please read carefully before starting.
🚨 Notice: Students, parents, and teachers are fully bound by the academy schedule, cancellation, and financial guidelines stated below.
1. Intellectual Property & Curricula Protection
All educational curricula, books, recorded sessions, and materials uploaded to the platform are the exclusive property of the Academy. Copying, recording, or distributing them outside the platform is strictly prohibited.
2. Subscription Packages & Credit Validity
Upon purchasing a package, lesson credits are added to the student account. Credits are bound to a specific validity period (e.g., 30 days). Unused credits expire and cannot be carried over unless the subscription is renewed beforehand.
3. Booking and Cancellation Policy
To protect teachers' rights, rescheduling or cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the session. Absenteeism or late cancellations (under 24 hours) will result in the session being charged from the student and paid to the teacher.
4. Direct Communication & Contact Sharing Restrictions
It is strictly forbidden for teachers and students to share personal phone numbers, emails, or social profiles. Private tutoring or external payments outside the platform are prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination.
5. Parent Accounts & Child Supervision
The system allows parents to create and monitor sub-accounts for their children. Parents are responsible for tracking attendance, class punctuality, and reviewing performance reports sent by teachers.
6. Billing, Invoices & Subscriptions
All subscription requests are manually reviewed by administrators. Packages are only activated upon confirmed payment receipt. Invoices are logged and tracked inside the dashboard.
